Homemade beetroot syrup – the title doesn't sound enticing, but the taste is captivating. To treat your family to a healthy drink, to fool the children and have everyone wondering what it's made of?
- 300 g of fresh beets
- 300 g of sargarep
- 300 g of lemon
- 2 lemons
- 750 ml of water

- Grate beetroot, carrot and lemon.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add water.
- Let it stand for 24 hours.
- Drain and add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of liquid.
- Put only to "throw" the key.
- If desired, you can add vanilla sugar.
- About 1 liter of syrup comes out of this measure.
