Homemade Toblerone - Zuzana Grnja
- 250 g of sugar
- 350 g of cooking chocolate
- 100 g of margarine
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 spoons of brewed strong coffee
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of roasted hazelnuts
- 50 g of biscuits
- Fry the hazelnuts in a dry pan, peel them and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Strain the coffee and melt the chocolate in it over low heat.
- Separately beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add beaten margarine, melted chocolate, hazelnuts and crushed biscuits.
- Mix everything well into a compact mass.
- Spread the mass in a rectangle on parchment paper with a thickness of 1 cm.
- Cover with a new piece of parchment paper and press down with a heavy object and leave to cool and harden.
- The next day, cut into 5 cm wide strips. and then to the triangles.
