Homemade twisted bread.

Homemade twisted bread, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour TYPE 500
  • 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water

Homemade twisted bread, preparation:

  • Put half of the flour in a large mixing bowl, add crushed yeast, then baking powder, salt, sugar.
  • Knead a fine dough with lukewarm water with the addition of the remaining flour.
  • Leave the dough to rise for 60 minutes.
  • After 60 minutes, knead the dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour.
  • Divide the resulting dough into balls weighing 250 g.
  • Sprinkle the balls with flour and let them rise.
  • Roll the resulting balls with your hands into a long roll 30 cm long and twist the roll on both sides.
  • Leave it for 10 minutes.
  • Turn on the oven at 275 degrees and place an empty pan in the oven to heat it up well.
  • When the pan is well heated, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with flour and place the rolled bread on the hot pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes immediately.
  • Pleasant!

Tip: if you have an oven with a fan, immediately turn on the fan in the oven and all the baking sensors.
