Homemade žu-žu - Suzana Mitić
- 6 dl of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 dl oil
- about 700 grams of flour
- To coat:
- 250 g of margarine
- 1 yolk
- 1 spoon of sour cream
- a little sesame
- some sea salt
- Knead the dough from the above ingredients. Immediately roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Grate margarine on the crust.
- Fold the dough like a letter. Repeat the process 3 times with a break of 15 minutes each. Cut all the edges on the sides with a knife.
- After folding the dough like a letter for the third time, roll out the crust with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut into 5×5 squares. Coat each square with egg yolk and cream, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little sea salt.
- Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.
