DOmačina's baked kremanadle - lunch in just 30 minutes.
Home-made baked sardines, ingredients:
- 500 g of boneless pork loin,
- 200 g mixed paprika,
- 200 g of onion,
- 150 g of tomatoes,
- 75 g cream,
- 30 g cooking fat,
- 0,5 dl of white wine,
- 2 eggs,
- pepper,
- so.
Approximate preparation time 30 minutes.
Home-made baked udders, preparation:
- Melt the fat in a heated pan.
- Put to bake the battered kremanadle.
- Salt and pepper the sternum.
- Remove the baked sardines from the pan.
- Fry the onion in the remaining fat.
- Salt and pepper the onion.
- Pour white wine over the onion.
- When the wine evaporates, add the peppers.
- Then add tomatoes.
- Add additional seasoning to taste.
- Place the stewed vegetables in a baking dish.
- Arrange the feed troughs on top of the vegetables.
- Add and distribute the cream.
- Spread two eggs around the transom.
- Salt and pepper the eggs.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 220 degrees C.
