Homemade kebabs - I rarely prepare meat, and when I do, I like to experiment.

Homemade kebabs, ingredients:

  • 400 g of mixed minced meat
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon onion (finely chopped)
  • 0,5 teaspoons of ground paprika
  • 0,5 teaspoons of crushed hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt (flat)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (full)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 50 g of homemade bacon
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of wholemeal flour (for rolling kebabs)

Homemade kebabs, preparation:

  • Mix the meat with all the mentioned spices, then add finely chopped bacon.
  • Knead the mixture well.
  • Let it stand for at least an hour in the refrigerator, and if you can, leave it overnight. Although it is not disputed even if you make kebabs immediately. Then add the egg and breadcrumbs and mix the meat.
  • Make 10 kebabs from this quantity.
  • Roll them in wholemeal flour.
  • Rub the flour well into the kebabs.
  • Fry them in a little oil for about 25 minutes at a lower temperature, turning occasionally so that they are fried on all sides.
  • Sprinkle the finished kebabs with crushed hot pepper as desired and to taste.
