Đuveč with white meat - one of the popular chicken dishes!
- 300 g of chicken white meat
- 6 pieces of potatoes (medium)
- 3 pieces of carrot
- 200 g of peas
- 300 g of rice
- 2 pieces of paprika (larger)
- 1 piece tomato (larger)
- 1 piece of zucchini (smaller)

- Cut the chicken into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and turnips and cut them into small pieces. Clean and wash the rice. Fry the meat in a little oil until it changes color, add salt, add sorghum and rice, then pour in water (3 salt, add later if necessary) and add potatoes and peas. Cook until soft.
- Clean the peppers and zucchini and cut them into small pieces. Add 5 minutes before the end of cooking and season to taste. The mixture should boil almost completely.
- Clean the tomato, cut it finely and add it to the cooked vegetables.
- Pour into an ovenproof dish.
- Bake for about half an hour in an oven heated to 180 C.
- Serve warm. Pleasant!
