Djuvech in a jar.

  • 1 liter of oil
  • 2 kg of onion
  • 2 kg of carrots
  • 4 kg of peppers of various colors
  • 500 g of hot pepper
  • 3 kg of tomatoes
  • 10 grams of pepper
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 0,5 connection person
  • salt (to taste)
  1. First, chop the onion, carrot, peppers, first peel the skin from the red tomato and then chop it as well.

  2. Pour the oil into a large pan and let it heat up, then add the onion and tomato, add the carrot, fry for a few minutes together, add the peppers and hot peppers. Fry everything together on a low heat for 50-60 minutes.

  3. Then . add bay leaves, chopped parsley and pepper, then add salt to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes to combine the flavors.

  4. Heat the oven together with the jars to 100 degrees, then pour the juvec into the hot jars, close and leave in the oven for 30 minutes at 100 degrees, then turn off the oven and leave the juvec in the oven until they cool down.

  5. When the snow starts to fall, serve the fruits of summer with or without meat, maybe add some potatoes and enjoy the wonderful taste.
