Two-color wafer - Slađana Šćekić - Recipes and Cookbook online
Two-tone wafer.
- 10 spoons of milk ((if fasting then water))
- 250 g of margarine (or butter)
- 250 g of sugar
- 300 g biscuits (or nuts)
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 2 wafer crusts
- 3 tablespoons of jam (2-3 tablespoons of any jam)
- 200 g biscuit (Petit Beurre biscuit, 150-200 gr)
- Boil milk and sugar, add chopped margarine or butter and boil everything together a little more.
Remove from heat and add biscuits or nuts to the mixture.
Divide the filling into three parts:
Do not put anything in one part and in the other two (assemble and add melted chocolate) Immediately fill a large wafer.
Wafer-black filling-cake petit that we soaked in some juice, then two or three spoons of any jam, then white filling, then black filling, then crust.
(it depends on what kind of biscuit it is, sometimes you need to add more and sometimes less, the mass must be thick and spreadable)
