Liver in bacon, ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken liver,
- 20 thin slices of bacon,

Liver in bacon, preparation:
- Cut the liver in half and wrap it in bacon and fasten with a toothpick, then arrange them in a pan.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- Boil the rice with 2 cups of water.
- Fry diced onion in oil and add rice that has been washed with water, salt, pepper and mix.
- Serve liver and rice.
