Economical crepes.

For the crust:

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water (hot)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 25 g density
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 50 g of margarine

For the cream:

  • 7 pieces of eggs
  • 7 dl of milk
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 50 g density
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 15 spoons of sugar
  • 3 sachets of vanilla (3 – 4 sachets)

More:

  • 100 g of slag (powdered)
  1. Using a mixer, beat the eggs and water at the highest speed for 1 minute until foamy. Add sugar and beat for another 3 minutes. Separately, mix the flour, pastry and thickening, then add to the mixed eggs, beat lightly and at the end briefly stir in the slightly melted margarine. Pour the mixture into the largest rectangular oven tray, previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake the crust at 180 degrees. about half an hour.
    During this time, pour milk, water, 10 spoons of sugar, thickener, flour and egg yolk into a large container and mix everything with a mixer. Place on the stove and cook, stirring constantly. When it gets the required thickness, add vanilla sugar and remove from heat. Separately, beat the egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar and gradually add the cream to the hot cream, constantly stirring with a mixer.

  2. Spread the resulting cream while still warm over the baked crust in the baking tray.
    Put whipped cream on top of the cream. Cool the krempita well and serve.
