Express schnitzel - fast and tasty.
- 500 g of beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 1 spoons of density
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 spoons of sesame seeds
- a pinch of turmeric powder
- Cut the meat into smaller steaks and beat them a little with a meat pestle.
- Beat 2 eggs, add oil, salt, mustard, stock, sesame and turmeric.
- Roll each steak in this mixture so that it is coated on all sides, put it in a container, cover it and leave it in the fridge overnight, and the next day fry the steaks in oil on one side and the other.
- The meat in this marinade can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and if necessary, cut into steaks and fry.
