Express schnitzel - fast and tasty.

  • 500 g of beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 1 spoons of density
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 spoons of sesame seeds
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  1. Cut the meat into smaller steaks and beat them a little with a meat pestle.
  2. Beat 2 eggs, add oil, salt, mustard, stock, sesame and turmeric.
  3. Roll each steak in this mixture so that it is coated on all sides, put it in a container, cover it and leave it in the fridge overnight, and the next day fry the steaks in oil on one side and the other.
  4. The meat in this marinade can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and if necessary, cut into steaks and fry.
