Energy spread - if you want to boost your diet or are fasting, but you don't know how to compensate for the nutrients, I recommend making an energy spread.

  • 150 g sesame (raw)
  • 100 g peanuts (roasted)
  • 50 g of wheat germ (dried)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (from pumpkin seeds)
  • salt (a pinch or two)
  1. Combine the salt, sprouts, peanuts and sesame seeds in a chopper, then process until you get a firm and compact mixture.

  2. Add oil and combine all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture by processing.

If you wish, you can add a few spoons of honey to the spread prepared in this way and spread it on bread, for example.

You can also use it in combination with salty foods.
