Energy spread - if you want to boost your diet or are fasting, but you don't know how to compensate for the nutrients, I recommend making an energy spread.
- 150 g sesame (raw)
- 100 g peanuts (roasted)
- 50 g of wheat germ (dried)
- 3 tablespoons oil (from pumpkin seeds)
- salt (a pinch or two)
- Combine the salt, sprouts, peanuts and sesame seeds in a chopper, then process until you get a firm and compact mixture.
- Add oil and combine all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture by processing.
You can also use it in combination with salty foods.
