Enoki with bacon.
- 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
- bacon
- beaver
- spices
- This is a very quick and easy dish. I got what you see in the photo from a bunch of enoki mushrooms.
- Cut off the root from the bunch of mushrooms and take ten mushroom stalks each. Sprinkle them with black and garlic powder, pepper and chopped green leaves. Wrap in bacon that you have thinly cut into slices. Bake at 200C until it gets a nice color of baked bacon.
- If you like going on an adventure of different flavors, you will definitely like this one. Enoki are different from other mushrooms because they are a bit crunchy and no matter how much you heat them, they retain their crispness. But like this with bacon from the oven, they taste magical.
