Stuffed steaks.

  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 5 tablespoon of oatmeal
  • 1 spoons of sour cream
  • so
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fennel (chopped)
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  1. Place minced meat, finely chopped onion and garlic, 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of ground oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, salt, ground pepper and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mass well by hand to combine, let it stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Add a pinch of baking soda to the remaining mass, mix well and divide into 10 parts with wet hands, make steaks and fry in hot oil on one side and the other.
