Stuffed steaks.

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices of bread (stale)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • so

  • spices
  • oil (for frying)
  1. Soak the middle of the bread in milk, leave for 5 minutes to absorb, drain. Clean and finely chop the onion. Mix the meat with onion, bread and egg, season with salt and pepper to taste. Make balls from the resulting mixture with oiled hands, press them (so that they are 1 cm thick).

  2.  Put them on a tray and put them in the fridge to stand for at least one hour.

  3. Fry them in hot oil for 3-5 minutes on both sides. Take out the fries on a paper napkin to absorb the excess fat. Serve warm. Pleasant!
