Fillet Kiev - an interesting recipe, it can be modified according to taste...
- 500 gr. chicken white meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pickle
- 50 gr. butter
- parsley

- flour for frying
- eggs for frying
- breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- Cut the small part of the fillet, which is separated by the membrane, and thin it with a meat mallet, it will serve as a lid.
- Cut the large fillet on the left, right and upper sides, so that pockets are made, in which we will insert the filling.
- The filling consists of finely chopped onions, garlic, cucumbers, butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix the filling well and fill the pockets of the fillet and close with a lid, and gently tuck the sides of the lid into the pockets.
- Roll the fillet in flour, eggs, then in breadcrumbs and bake in hot oil, first bake the side with the lid so that it sticks well.
