  • 500 gr. chicken white meat

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pickle
  • 50 gr. butter
  • parsley

  • eggs for frying
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying
  1. Cut the small part of the fillet, which is separated by the membrane, and thin it with a meat mallet, it will serve as a lid.
  2. Cut the large fillet on the left, right and upper sides, so that pockets are made, in which we will insert the filling.
  3. The filling consists of finely chopped onions, garlic, cucumbers, butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the filling well and fill the pockets of the fillet and close with a lid, and gently tuck the sides of the lid into the pockets.
  5. Roll the fillet in flour, eggs, then in breadcrumbs and bake in hot oil, first bake the side with the lid so that it sticks well.
