Red pepper fillets in olive oil - delicious fillets in their own juice, without preservatives or wine vinegar.

  • 5500 g of red bell pepper (cut into fillets)
  • 100 ml of essence
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 200 g of salt
  • 200 ml of olive oil
  1. Wash the peppers and remove the seeds, cut them into fillets and put them in a large pot.
  2. Then add essence, sugar, salt, olive oil to the peppers, mix and let it stand in the pan for 24 hours.
  3. During this time, the pepper releases its own juice. While standing, stir the pepper occasionally to combine all the ingredients.
  4. After 24 hours, place the pepper fillets in jars and pour the juice released by the peppers, close the jars and store in a dark and cool place.
