Filled Kuglof - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Filled kuglof - I really like making kuglof, it is easy and quick to prepare and does not require much effort or time.

I don't like to stay in the kitchen for a long time. I started reading a book that just entices you to read it, doesn't let you drop it from your hands, those are the books that can be read in one sitting.

For chocolate lovers this is a perfect treat, I have to write that the kuglof looks much better than in the attached pictures. It's delicious.

Filled kuglof, ingredients:

  • 4 haha,
  • 250 g of flour,
  • 200 g of chocolate,
  • 100 ml of oil,
  • 150 g of sugar,
  • 5 tablespoons of apricot jam,
  • 1 vanilla sugar and
  • half of baking powder.

For the filling you need:

  • half a liter of milk,
  • 2 vanilla puddings,
  • 100 g of sugar,
  • 125 g of margarine and
  • a dozen apricots.

Filled kuglof, preparation:

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add melted chocolate, oil, flour, vanilla sugar
    and baking powder. Equalize everything nicely.
  • Grease the mold for kuglof and sprinkle with flour (if you don't have a silicone mold).
  • Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. That is, until it is baked.
  • Remove the baked kuglof from the mold and let it cool.
  • During this time, cook two vanilla puddings in half a liter of milk, with added sugar.
  • When the pudding has cooled down well, add whipped margarine and chopped apricots to it, mix everything well.
  • Cut the kuglof horizontally and fill with the filling.

I topped the entire kugloff with 200 g of chocolate glaze.
