ingredients:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml of water
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of oil
  • 1 margarines
  • 150 g of cheese
  • if necessary, flour

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

 

  1. Heat the milk, add sugar and dissolve the yeast. Add a few spoons of flour and let the yeast rise. Add beaten egg and egg white, water, oil, yogurt and salt, then knead a softer dough. Leave the dough to rise for half an hour, then roll it out with a rolling pin to the thickness of your finger, spread it with margarine, fold it and let it rest for 15 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times, then roll out the dough to the thickness of a finger, cut triangles, put a piece of cheese at the top of each and wrap the croissant. Place the croissants in a greased tray, brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C. Enjoy!
