Frittata with minced meat - if you want a hot breakfast for the tili hour, a quick lunch or a snack, or you are waiting for guests, this is the right recipe for you.

You need for the dough:

  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 salt flour (a cup of yogurt)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Required for the filling:

  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 2 pieces of onion head
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

For decoration:

  • basil (leaves)
  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until it becomes glassy.
  2. Add minced meat and cook until the meat changes color.
  3. Salt to taste and add pepper.
  4. Let it cool a little.
  5. Mix yogurt and baking soda and let it stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Beat the egg whites with a mixer, add the egg yolk and mix all the other ingredients.
  7. Put half the dough in the pan, then the filling, then the remaining dough.
  8. Decorate with basil leaves
  9. Bake at 170 C for 40 minutes.
  10. Pleasant.
The preparation is not demanding, we have all the necessary ingredients in the house, all you need is good will! With a seasonal salad, it can replace lunch. Ideal with yogurt or sour milk for breakfast or dinner. The frittata is juicy and soft. Try it.
