Galettes with the smell of lemon and cornmeal - I wasn't sure how it would taste, but I wanted to try it. They smell nice and are crunchy, just the way we like them.
Galettes with the smell of lemon and corn flour, ingredients:
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 150 grams of fat
- 100 grams of oil
- 1 dl of milk
- 250 grams of sugar
- zest of 1 lemons
- 100 grams of white corn flour
- 700 grams of wheat flour
- 1/2 baking powder
Galettes with the smell of lemon and corn flour, preparation:
- Beat eggs with fat, add oil and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add milk, grated lemon peel. Mix both flours with baking powder and knead the dough.
- Hard galettes are obtained from this dough. if you like soft ones, you must add at least another 2 dl of milk, because the dough is similar to pancake batter.
- Heat the mold and bake the galettes.
