Gambori with pelata - a healthy and tasty dish that you will prepare in 20 minutes.
- 1 package of gambor (frozen)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 piece onion (smaller)
- 1 package of spaghetti
- 200 ml of white wine
- so

- basil (fresh)
- parmesan cheese (or cheese)
- olive oil
- Cook the spaghetti so that it does not split and is not sticky, be sure to add a little olive oil while cooking.
- In a deep frying pan (it would be preferable if you have a wok), briefly fry the onion, then immediately add finely chopped garlic.
- Add tomato paste and a teaspoon of sugar on top, simmer for 5 minutes, then add gambore, salt and pepper to taste, and then fresh basil.
- Add the wine and let it cook on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the gambore and leave it for a few more minutes, stirring it gently. Spaghetti with gambori is served with grated Parmesan or cheese.
