The guest of the third episode of Gastronomic Conversations is Dejan Stambolić, a fruit grower from Raznje, owner of the Taština kitchen brand, who decided to create a tradition with his family.

Before Dejan, no one in his family was engaged in agriculture. Determined that he has no right to fail, he initially decided not to sell fruit as a product, but to process all the fruit he produces on the family plantation. In his calculation, he included many experiences of friends, acquaintances, and colleagues. Everything said that if he only sells fruit, the profit goes to the other side. That is why he created a family brand of fruit processing, which will be recognized in every sense, especially for organic production and quality.

Kitchen vanity – because his mother-in-law is the head of recipe and production. And the very name of the brand resonates in the Serbian market, stronger and stronger. Each product, jar, bottle, label, has been carefully selected. All possible positive and negative effects were analyzed. His family and himself are driven by passion and it overcomes everything, even possible failures in the market. Their products captivate with their taste and quality, and anyone who tries them, irrevocably takes them back to their youth, to the age when organic production was something taken for granted.

We attended the promotion of the Taština kitchen products, which was hosted in Belgrade by Kosta Jordanovski, the owner of the Kings Shop crust and pasta shop. We took the opportunity to take a couple of photos and talk briefly with Dejan about the products of the Taština kitchen brand.

This was the third episode of Gastronomic Conversations, the guest was Dejan Stambolić from Raznje, the owner of an agricultural farm that deals with fruit processing in a traditional and organic way and who is the creator of the Taština kuhinja brand. Many in Serbia have already recognized this brand as a domestic producer, which makes sure that the quality of production is standard and sustainable.
