Snezana Đuričin Kuštrimović Graduated art historian, trained milk processor (cheese artist) and trained culinary technician, talks about cheese, history, quality, small cheese producers and other interesting topics, where cheese is in the center of attention.
As a true professional, she invested in her education, and in addition to college, she also completed two food schools, which are closely related. Her main focus is primarily cheeses, their history, the way they are made, their properties and their reviews.
