Gastronomic conversations, the guest of the sixth episode is Marina Ocokoljić, the owner of the Umami pasta brand.

The Umami pasta brand was born in the desire to create a healthy product for the whole family, rich in carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Marina's husband wanted to transfer his ten years of experience in working with dough into a private business and do what he does best.

A friend offered them a dryer and a noodle machine, as well as part of a crust production line. They improved their recipes knowing that real home-made noodles are scarce on the market, and out of a desire to meet their customers, they created tagliatelle with various additives and from different types of flour.
