The guest of the eleventh episode of Gastronomic Conversations was Tomislav Sretenović, the owner of the Sretenović Watermill and Rolling Mill from St. Mark's Church.

The mill was built at the beginning of the nineteenth century and Tomislav continues the long tradition of his ancestors - he is engaged in completely organic grain production and milling in a completely old-fashioned, traditional way.
