Gibančići made of buckwheat crusts.

  • 500 g of buckwheat hulls
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 2 glasses of sour milk
  • 300 g of young cheese
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • so
  • Sesame
  1. Cut the buckwheat husks (packed in a roll) into thin noodles.
  2. Loosen the strips by hand so they don't stick.
  3. Make the filling from: eggs, sour milk, cheese, oil and salt (salt only if the cheese is unsalted) and baking powder.
  4. Add the cut noodles to the filling and mix.
  5. Place parchment paper cut into cubes in a silicone mold for muffins, add the whipped mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C.
