Gibančići made of buckwheat crusts.
- 500 g of buckwheat hulls
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 2 glasses of sour milk
- 300 g of young cheese
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 1 bag of baking powder
- so
- Sesame
- Cut the buckwheat husks (packed in a roll) into thin noodles.
- Loosen the strips by hand so they don't stick.
- Make the filling from: eggs, sour milk, cheese, oil and salt (salt only if the cheese is unsalted) and baking powder.
- Add the cut noodles to the filling and mix.
- Place parchment paper cut into cubes in a silicone mold for muffins, add the whipped mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C.
