Gibanica, a traditional recipe, with small changes to the old grandmother's recipe, the queen of the table arrives... One is gibanica.

Gibanica, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of bark for gibanica
  • 1 kg of young cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 500 ml of sour water
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 ml of sour water for coating unbaked gibanica

Gibanica, preparation:

  • Mash the cheese and add eggs, sour water and oil.
  • Grease the bottom of the pan with a little oil and place 3 crusts.
  • Dip the rest of the crusts into the cheese filling and arrange them in the pan.
  • Cover with a whole crust, then spread the last crust with a little oil and pour another 50 ml of sour water over the entire pan.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 55 minutes. Serve warm with yogurt. Pleasant!
