Gibanica.

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 g of small cheese
  • 1 glass of sour milk (about 180g)
  • 200 ml of sour water
  • 50 ml of oil
  1. Beat the eggs well (or beat with a mixer). Add salt, sour milk, cheese, oil and sour water. Grease the pan with oil (or line it with baking paper).

  2. Put two crusts on the bottom, separate one or two for the middle and two for the top. Crumple the other crusts, dip them in the filling and arrange them in the pan. Like this: two crusts on the bottom, four on top drowned in the filling, again one or two dry flat ones, then four wrinkled and drowned in the filling and two flat ones on top. Place a spoonful of two fillings on the last two crusts and spread.

  3. Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.

  4. Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk. Pleasant!
