Gibanica with 3 ingredients, ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of bark,
- 6 haha,
- 1 liter of yogurt,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- pan fi 30 cm,
- a little bit of oil.
Gibanica with 3 ingredients, preparation:
- Beat eggs, add yogurt and salt and mix.
- Coat the pan with oil.
- Place the two crusts crosswise in the pan so that half hangs down.
- Divide the crusts in half and dip them in the mixture and place them in the pan, do not press down.
- Amount of crust to cover the bottom.
- Cut a few crusts into three parts and place them slightly dry over the greased crusts.
- Leave one crust for the top-end.
- Cut the rest of the crust in half, dip it in the mixture and arrange it over the dry crusts.
- Leave 5-6 spoons of filling for the arranged crusts and the back, and pour the rest into the pan.
- Return the crusts, coat and finally tuck the whole crust in and coat with film and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- It's great both hot and cold, it's quick to prepare and even quicker to eat.
