Gibanica with feta cheese.
Gibanica with feta cheese, ingredients:
- 500 g of bark for gibanica
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 250-300 g of feta cheese
- 1 glass (180g) of sour cream
- 200 ml of sour water
- 50 ml of oil
Gibanica with feta cheese, preparation:
- Beat the eggs.
- Add salt, sour cream, chopped feta cheese, oil and sour water. Mix it up.
- Grease the pan with oil or line it with baking paper. Put two crusts on the bottom, separate two for the middle and two for the top.
- Knead the remaining crusts for dipping in the filling.
- Arrange: two crusts on the bottom, over 4-5 dipped in the filling, again two dry flat ones, then 4-5 wrinkled and dipped in the filling and two flat ones on top.
- Poke with a knife in several places, put a spoonful of two fillings on top and spread.
- Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.
- Cover the baked gibanica with a napkin to cool down a little.
- Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk. Pleasant!
