Gibanica with feta cheese.

Gibanica with feta cheese, ingredients:

  • 500 g of bark for gibanica
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250-300 g of feta cheese
  • 1 glass (180g) of sour cream
  • 200 ml of sour water
  • 50 ml of oil

Gibanica with feta cheese, preparation:

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add salt, sour cream, chopped feta cheese, oil and sour water. Mix it up.
  • Grease the pan with oil or line it with baking paper. Put two crusts on the bottom, separate two for the middle and two for the top.
  • Knead the remaining crusts for dipping in the filling.
  • Arrange: two crusts on the bottom, over 4-5 dipped in the filling, again two dry flat ones, then 4-5 wrinkled and dipped in the filling and two flat ones on top.
  • Poke with a knife in several places, put a spoonful of two fillings on top and spread.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.
  • Cover the baked gibanica with a napkin to cool down a little.
  • Serve warm with yogurt or sour milk. Pleasant!
