Grits from the oven, preparation:

  • Thaw the acorns, clean, wash and salt to taste.
  • Pour flour into a bowl, add dry spices, mix and roll the kettlebells on both sides.
  • Pour oil into a baking tray and arrange the prepared giirice, then cover them with oil.
  • Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the finished kettlebells from the oven, let them cool, serve and serve.

Tip: My family loves them when they are baked. You bake them to your taste. Pleasant!
