Beef with bananas - Marina Ignjatović
- 4 beef steaks
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- 2 spoons of mustard
- 1 dl tomato juice
- 1 dl of red wine
- dry herbal spice
- beaver
- laurel
- parsley
- landing
- sour cream
- Finely chop the onion and carrot and sauté in oil. Cut the meat into cubes, add dry herbs and mustard, mix everything well, combine with onion and fry.
- Halfway through frying, add chopped banana, tomato juice, pepper and bay leaf and simmer until all liquid evaporates, then add wine. Simmer the meat until it becomes soft and all the liquid partially evaporates.
- Serve the finished meat on a plate and sprinkle with parsley and sour cream.
