Beef with vegetables - beef porridge my way. My daughter enjoys it.

  • 50 g of beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 handful of quinoa grains
  • 1 handful of pasta (small pasta in any shape)
  • 2 pieces of carrot (chopped into strips)
  • 1 clove of garlic (diced)
  • 0,5 pieces of red potato (diced)
  • nana
  • beaver
  • parsley
  1. Place the beef in the water to cook. After half an hour or depending on the thickness of the meat, when it softens (falls apart), add all the vegetables and spices. Including quinoa, which takes about 10 minutes to cook, and pasta.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked. Strain (leave the water in which everything was cooked) and put everything together in a blender and mix until you get the desired consistency of porridge. If it is too thick, add a little of the soup in which everything was cooked.
  3. You can return the remaining soup and the excess faded porridge to the pot and add salt or a cube of beef soup and eat it yourself.
Remove the fatty parts from the beef if there are any and give the baby only the mole.
