Potatoes au gratin - a quick and simple and delicious dish without meat...

Gratin potatoes, ingredients:

  • 6 pieces of potatoes (5-6)
  • 300 g of hard cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter (2-3 tablespoons, melted)
  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 150 g of cheese
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Potato gratin, preparation: 17

  1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and boil them in salted water (do not overcook them). Then cool it and grate half of it in an oiled round baking dish. Grate the cheese over it and grate the rest of the potatoes over it. Pour melted butter over everything.
    Separately, beat the eggs with milk and pepper and pour over the grated potatoes. Bake in the oven for about half an hour at 180-200 degrees. Remove from the oven, grate the cheese and put it back in the oven to bake, i.e. until golden brown.
