Cube griller – Suzana Mitić
- 400 g of sugar
- 250 g of margarine
- 300 g of chopped walnuts
- 6 zumanacs
- 6 spoons of sugar
- 2 smaller wafer sheets
- Burn 400 g of sugar, stir all the time, remove from heat and immediately add margarine. When it melts, add chopped walnuts, stir.
- Beat the egg yolks with 6 spoons of sugar with a fork and slowly pour into the previous mixture. Return to the stove for another 1-2 minutes. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the warm filling between two wafers. Press with a heavy object, e.g. with a book so that the wafer and the filling come together nicely.
- Cut the stangle as desired.
