Grilled chicken in pesto marinade - this recipe will appeal to all chicken lovers
- 900 g chicken breast (boneless)
- 1 cup basil (fresh)
- 0,25 cups of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar

- Pour wine vinegar into a blender, add fresh basil, salt and sugar. Process until you get an even mass.
- Place the chicken in a large plastic food bag. Add the pesto, tie the open end and shake well to distribute the pesto evenly over the chicken. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the meat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Cut the chicken into thin pieces and serve with a variety of potatoes and seasonal salads. Season to taste. Pleasant!
