A recipe for grilled salmon, which is aged in a delicious marinade shortly before baking.

  • 1 kg salmon fillet (about 1 kg)

Marinade:

  • 2 spoons of mustard
  • 3 spoons of soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  1. Cut the salmon fillets into smaller pieces, so that you have two pieces per person. In a mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Put the garlic through a garlic press and add it that way. Mix the marinade well, to even it out. Soak the salmon pieces well in the marinade and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill pan to medium temperature. Grease the pan with a little oil, so that the salmon does not stick. Take the salmon out of the marinade and let it cook on the skin side first. Bake the first side for 4-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slice. Flip carefully, using a wide spatula, and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the salmon to a warmed large plate. Pour the marinade over the salmon. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Remove the skin and serve warm, with a side of arugula salad and a lemon wedge.
