Semolina with milk or water, thinner or thicker, warm or cold, with or without chocolate... Semolina with milk or semolina pudding is one of the treats that brings me back to my childhood. Now I rarely prepare it because I just don't have the habit.

Griz is quick to prepare, and with a little imagination you can get the perfect treat for your surprise guests as well as for your family.

If you have a problem measuring the ingredients in grams, 1 level spoon of semolina has about 12 g, and one full spoon has about 18 g.
A spoonful of sugar is 20 g.

The recipe for preparing semolina, more or less, we all know that, the emphasis is on trying out a new mobile phone. This delicacy happened to be on the table. You can eat semolina pudding for breakfast, snack, dessert...
You can prepare semolina to taste.

If you like chilled semolina, take into account that it will thicken during cooling. That is why it is necessary to put less semolina, approx. 100 g. If you eat semolina right away, feel free to add a little more semolina. If you plan to season the semolina with cocoa, add a little more sugar.

Semolina, ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 100-120 g semolina
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of sugar
  • spices to taste: chocolate, cocoa. cinnamon, mahlep...

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Pour semolina, sugar and a little milk into a pan.
  • When it boils, add the milk gradually and stir until the semolina is cooked.
  • It should boil for a few minutes.
  • Finally, add spices to taste.
  • You can also cook it the other way around - add semolina to boiled milk and finally sugar and spices.

As it suits whom. I usually do most things the other way around because that's the way it suits me. Pour the delicacy into bowls and decorate it as desired. You can top it with some fruit dressing. Create a combination that best suits your taste.

In the absence of bowls, jars are an excellent choice, especially if you plan to take this delicacy with you, e.g. to work or to give it to someone as a gift. Of course, I am not satisfied with the photos. New phone tested.
