Griz pie - a delicious sweet pie.
- 250 g of pie crust
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 5 spoons of semolina
- 50 gr coconut
- 50 g butter (melted)
- Put milk to boil with sugar.
- When the milk boils, boil semolina, then add coconut.
- Mix everything well and combine.
- Remove from heat to cool slightly.
- Take one crust, sprinkle it with a little melted butter and cover it with another crust.
- Then spread a little filling on it.
- Wrap in a roll.
- Repeat the process until all the material is used.
- This amount makes three rolls.
- Brush with the rest of the melted butter and place in the heated oven to bake.
