Goulash from the oven - Ivana Pešić
- 600 g of pork
- 100 g of bacon
- 150 g of onion
- 600 g of potatoes
- 1 dl of white wine
- marinade:
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
- 1 hot pepper
- 3 price of garlic
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice

- Cut the meat into cubes and prepare the marinade. Mix the oil, finely chopped garlic and onion, chopped cumin that you moistened a little, grated lemon peel, ground pepper, chopped paprika, salt and dry herbs. Mix the meat with the marinade and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Cut the onion into thin leaves and the peeled potatoes into slices. Cover the bottom of the ovenproof dish with bacon and spread some potatoes, add salt and then put a layer of marinated meat and onion leaves. Repeat one more time. Pour a little oil on top and close with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour at 220 degrees.
- After an hour, mix all the ingredients carefully, pour over the wine, add a little water and bake for another 30 minutes.
