Goulash with kohlrabi - Jadranka Blažić
Goulash with kohlrabi - if you use chicken, this meal can be included in the chrono diet for both lunch and dinner.
- 1/2 kg of lean meat
- 1/4 small head of kale
- two medium kohlrabi
- 2 purple onions
- so
- beaver
- spices
- 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
- a cask of permitted oil
- Cut the onion into ribs and put it to stew in a little allowed oil.
- When the onion is glassy, cut the meat into large cubes 3x3x3cm and put it to stew with the onion.
- While the meat is stewing, cut the kale and add it to the meat and onion.
- Clean the kohlrabi well and grate it on a large grater and put everything together to crunch, covered, occasionally adding very little water.
- Add salt and your preferred spices and stir until everything is cooked and there is not a lot of water left in the pot.
- At the end, add one teaspoon of red allspice.
- Cabbage and kale will add thickness.
