Gourmet burgers - seemingly the most ordinary burgers, but when you try them... you will wonder what is in these burgers that makes them so tasty... that's why I'm giving you a recipe for gourmet burgers...:)
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 1 onion (small)
- 100 g of bacon
- 100 gr of Trappist
- 1 piece of paprika
- 1 piece of egg
- 0,5 teaspoons of ground paprika

- Finely chop the onion, pepper, bacon and trappist and combine with the meat, add the egg and spices.
- Form meatballs. Pour a little oil on a nylon bag, put a ball of meat on one end of the bag, fold the other end of the bag and press with the palm of your hand.
- You will get a nice patty shape and it will be nicely oiled, so you don't need to add oil to the pan.
- Bake and serve with new potatoes and tomato salad.
