Gourmet pies - An extremely spicy type of pie, only for real gourmets.

ingredients:

  • 1 package of pie crust
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of ajvar (200-300 grams)
  • 0 dl of oil
  • 0 dl of acid water
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

 

  1. Fry the onion, then add the meat, salt and pepper to taste, then simmer until the meat is done.
  2. Wait for it to cool down a bit, then add ajvar and mix well to get a uniform mixture. Mix oil and sour water.
  3. Divide the crusts into two equal parts, so that we get two rolls (one roll requires at least six crusts, and you can use more if you want larger pieces).
  4. Coat each crust with a mixture of oil and sour water, and fill each other with the prepared filling with meat and ajvar.
  5. Cut the resulting rolls into slices 1-1 cm thick, arrange them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the eggs and sour cream, then put a little bit of that dressing on each cutlet.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or simply until the slices are nicely browned.
