Gourmet stew - Suzana Mitić
Gourmet stew - lots of vegetables and meat make for an excellent lunch that everyone loves.
- 500 g of pork
- 2 onions
- 2 vecesargareps
- 1 celeriac
- 1 root person
- 2 dl ground tomatoes
- 3 fresh peppers
- 1 hot pepper
- dry herbal spice
- solipo taste
- a pinch of spice
- peppermint
- 2 spoons of flour
- malopersun's leaf
- peppermint
- a little
- Fry the finely chopped onion in oil until it turns golden-yellow.
- Add meat cut into larger pieces.
- Stew everything together with occasional addition of water.
- Cut carrots, celery and parsnips into cubes and add them to stew together.
- Then add ground tomato and pepper cut into strips.
- Add spices as desired.
- Simmer together with occasional addition of water.
- Towards the end, mix the flour with a little water and add it to the goulash.
- It should be simmered for another 10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from the stove and add finely chopped parsley.
- Try it and enjoy it. Pleasant.
