Gourmet potatoes - Ljiljana Stanković
- 1 kg. potatoes
- 200 years bacon
- 200 years cackling
- 1 onion
- 4 spoons of cream
- 1 dl. white wine
- 70 years margarine

- Boil peeled potatoes in salted water, drain and let cool. Cut them into large slices. Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with a little oil, add bacon cubes and fry for another 5 minutes. Grease the tray well with margarine, arrange half of the potatoes on the bottom of the tray and add half of the bacon and onions. Then spread the remaining potatoes and the rest of the bacon and onion and cover with sour cream.
- Cut the cheese into thin slices and place on top of the potatoes. Add a glass of white wine and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. at 200C.
