- 1 cup of white flour
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 2 pieces of egg
- 100 g kulen (finely chopped)
- 100 g of feta cheese (crushed)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- oil for frying
- Beat eggs with yogurt, then add chopped kulen, crushed feta cheese, salt and oregano.
- Mix both types of flour with baking powder.
- Combine everything with a wire whisk.
- Separate with a spoon the desired size (I like smaller pinches) and fry in oil.
- Remove with a slotted spoon on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
- Serve with yogurt or sour milk and salad as desired.
