Thick vegetable broth - that's what you do when you don't know what you would rather buy at the market, so you buy every day and accumulate. And then you cook almost everything.

And all because you are a lover of fresh vegetables and you simply cannot resist them, regardless of whether they are in season or not. Thick greens soup is definitely seasonal. Greens in season - wild or cultivated.

It doesn't matter for soup, but it doesn't matter for sarmica - slightly larger leaves are needed. And there is a new bowl - love at first sight again. Thick greens soup does not have many ingredients and is easy to prepare.

Thick vegetable broth, ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • a pinch of nod
  • 1 dl of rice
  • 2 links of desire
  • spices to taste: salt, pepper and a mixture of spices.

Thick greens soup, preparation:

  • Briefly fry the allspice and cumin in hot oil.
  • Add the spinach and one cup of water.
  • Cook for ten minutes, then add the torn greens.
  • Pour another cup of water and cook for about five minutes.
  • Chop the greens and chickpeas partially with a stick mixer.
  • Add water to the desired thickness, season to taste and cook for about five minutes.

Note: If you prefer the texture of potage or you don't like chunks in the broth, chop the greens and rice completely (with a stick mixer or in a blender).
